Ideal Time, LLC. (a division of E. Gluck Corp.) warrants every Wrist Armor watch for a period of two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase. This limited warranty covers all material and manufacturing faults. 

For warranty service please send your watch to our offices along with a check or money order in the amount of $15 (made payable to E. Gluck Corp.), a letter detailing the problem/service being requested and your contact information (name, address, phone, email):

Our technicians will repair or replace your watch under this warranty, based on the repairs/work/parts needed. 

All repairs take approximately 5 business days to be processed and completed. Once the required repairs have been finished, each watch is monitored for a period of 3-5 days to ensure accurate time keeping prior to being returned.
